About

Glenrose Service Inc. has been a trusted name in Spokane and North Idaho plumbing since 1987. Founded by Mike Collett and now owned by his daughter Heather and her husband Bruce, Glenrose represents nearly four decades of dedication to the Inland Northwest community. We answer the phone—always. Within 2-3 rings, you'll reach a real person from our team who's ready to help. We provide upfront pricing on-site, complete most jobs the same day, and stand behind our work completely. Our approach is built on genuine care for our customers and our team. From emergency repairs to water heater replacements, drain cleaning to complete system installations, we handle every plumbing need for homes and businesses across the region. Our uniformed technicians show up when promised, respect your property, and take time to explain the work so you understand exactly what's being done. Glenrose continues to honor the legacy Mike Collett established—selfless service to our community. We've weathered economic changes, evolved with the region's growth, and remained committed to the values that made us a respected name: quality workmanship, honest communication, and showing up for our neighbors when they need us most.
