About Us

Aaron and Diane (Di) Heinen own and manage iTrip Coeur d’Alene in beautiful Idaho. The couple has lived in northern Idaho for over 30 years and currently resides in Hayden. After marrying 30-plus years ago, they lived in Kendrick, Idaho, where they ran two successful retail grocery stores. Customer service within the stores was their No. 1 priority.

Aaron and Di are committed to making sure that guests' stays leave travelers saying, “I want to return to Idaho soon!” As short-term rental managers in Coeur d’Alene, they hope to make each travel experience just as great. Together, they create relationships with property owners and local businesses while delivering amazing stays for guests. The team believes that their leadership skills and prior experience in customer service allow them to make each stay a pleasant one. iTrip Coeur d’Alene serves Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Post Falls, and the surrounding areas.

After many years in the retail grocery business, Aaron and Di decided to pursue a new dream in tourism and hospitality. Their sense of adventure and exploration led them to launch iTrip Coeur d’Alene, where they help family and friends experience trips full of memories!
