Therese Goodwin Gurgel

Therese leads the Business Relationship efforts in North Idaho at Idaho Central Credit Union. She provides over 30 years of experience in business development, human resources, management, training and consulting to her role. She brings vitality, professionalism and warmth, and a mindset of service and advocacy to her work with clients. Therese holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in marketing, general management and human resource management from Eastern Washington University, with minors in economics and finance. To be the best possible business relationship professional, Therese has found that getting to know her clients – their hopes, dreams and goals for the future – is the most important step.
