Join Our Team as a Kindergarten to 4th Grade Camp Counselor

Are you passionate about working with younger kids, having fun outdoors, and being part of a supportive team? Camp Ka-Mee-Lin is looking for enthusiastic, responsible individuals to join us as Camp Counselors for our 11-week summer camp season. This position offers flexibility and can be part-time or full-time, depending on your availability.
As a Kindergarten to 4th Grade Camp Counselor, you'll support a Lead Counselor in creating a positive, engaging, and safe camp experience for our younger campers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills, gain valuable experience in a camp setting, and create lasting memories with kids.
What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Lead Counselor in guiding a group of Kindergarten to 4th grade campers through daily activities, games, and creative projects.
• Support campers during field trips to local parks, beaches, and other exciting destinations.
• Be a positive role model, helping campers build confidence, form new friendships, and enjoy new experiences.
• Report directly to the Lead Counselor, ensuring activities are run smoothly and campers are safe and engaged.
• Help create a fun, nurturing, and inclusive environment for younger campers.

• A friendly, responsible individual who enjoys working with younger children and is eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexible availability, with part-time or full-time options based on your schedule.
• No prior experience required, though experience working with children or in a camp setting is a plus!
