Building on techniques learned in a previous stained glass class, you’ll cut and shape glass, grind edges for precise fits, apply copper foil, and solder panels together to form a sculptural, freestanding piece with depth and dimension. This class focuses on new techniques specific to three-dimensional stained glass construction, including assembling multi-panel forms, reinforcing structure, and refining solder seams for strength and clean lines. Prior experience with glass cutting and soldering is required.
