Sourdough Baking Workshop & Wine Tasting Two events at the same venue, can be enjoyed together or separately! In this engaging and educational experience, you’ll learn the art of crafting delicious sourdough bread from scratch. Kayla Zenner who owns and runs The Farmstyle, out of Lewiston, will be our local expert baker demonstrating every step, from nurturing a starter to shaping and baking an artisanal loaf. Connect with fellow enthusiasts, ask questions, and share baking tips in a fun, interactive atmosphere. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned baker, this workshop will help you refine your skills and boost your confidence in the kitchen. Guests who purchase a wine ticket will be treated to a flight of red or white wine from our local Post Falls winery, Rosemary Manor. Winemaker will be on site to guide you through the tasting and answer any questions you have about the wine and the craft. Attendees who select the red flight will be treated to an exclusive release of Rosemary Manor's Dolcetto varietal... word on the street is its jammy and a little higher on the ABV so please drink responsibly.
