Pottery: Fundamentals II

Session Dates (4): Tuesday, April 8th Tuesday, April 15th Tuesday, April 22nd Tuesday, April 29th Time: 11:00AM - 1:00PM **Please note, class times fall outside of Gizmo's normal operating hours. Doors will not open for this class until 15 minutes prior to start. Description: When entering Fundamentals II students should be able to confidently center up to 2 pounds of clay, and repeatedly throw a 1 pound cylinder. This class offers students an opportunity to refresh skills learned in Fundamentals I and explore new techniques for throwing, trimming, decorating and glazing. Class cost includes clay used to produce pieces in class and a one-month clay membership to use the studio between classes to continue practicing your skills. Prerequisites: Fundamentals of Pottery class at Gizmo (aka Fundamentals I) AND confidently center up to 2 pounds of clay, and repeatedly throw a 1 pound cylinder.
