Onward & Upward Women's Conference

Onward & Upward ~ A Women’s Collective Conference. A full day conference featuring world-class speakers who will inspire, educate, open perspectives and make us laugh ! This year we will hear from visionary leaders, forecasters and community founders who will install a sence of pride, hope and inspiration to engage us. This day will reunite us, open our perspectives and remind us that we are strong, we are smart, and we are women who are truly AMAZING! Expect JOY!

The North Idaho Alliance sole purpose is to collaborate with community nonprofits and groups to share in events that inspire and bring JOY to the people who experience them. Non-profits involved with the Onward & Upward Community Engagement event are Soroptimist, Women’s Council of Realtors and the Hayden Chamber of Commerce. All proceeds are distributed to support their programs!
