Embark on a 4-hour journey into the art of storytelling through choreographed stage combat.

Learn how to portray the illusion of violence on stage by delving into the technical aspects of stage combat and learning how to safely execute combat choreography.

You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with your fellow workshop mates to enhance your performances.

Join as a participant or add-on the reel option to help elevate your audition reels showcasing your stage combat skills.

Session will conclude with a Q&A

 
Featured Teaching Artist: Chad Hawthorne

Chad is the co-founder of On Set Arms - the premier film armorer, prop-weapon supplier and combat technical advisor firm in the Pacific Northwest.

He has worked across the USA both behind and in front of the camera, performing, choreographing, and coordinating hand-to-hand, bladed, and armed combat sequences for film.

As an armorer and firearms instructor, Chad routinely works with actors, screenwriters, directors, stunt coordinators, and stunt performers to safely design and realistically perform combat sequences.
