Event Description:
Most people in leadership roles were promoted from a nearly unrelated position. This means most leaders are “acting like a boss” based primarily on what they’ve seen. There’s very little correction to that as around 85% of people in leadership roles have no formal training. This won’t make up for all of the leadership development that should have been. Participants will start the move from where they are toward where they want to be with purpose.
